Hello and welcome to my scholarship application. You and your parents (if you are a dependent student) must be Maryland residents, and reside in District 3B. You must enroll at a two-year or four-year Maryland college or university as a full-time (12+ credits per semester) or part-time (6-11 credits per semester), degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate student, or attend certain private career schools.
You must enroll each semester as an: Undergraduate - full-time (12+ credits per semester) or part-time (6-11 credits per semester); or Graduate - full-time (9+ credits per semester) or part-time (6-8 credits per semester). Audited courses cannot be used to reach the minimum credit hours required for full-time or part-time status.
You must accept your award within two weeks of the date of your notification or your award will be cancelled.
You must have prior approval from OSFA and/or your Delegate in order to change from full-time to part-time enrollment.
You may use this award at colleges and universities or at certain private career schools in Maryland.

Your completed application and essay should be typed. Once your application is complete, you my either print and mail your application to the address below or email your completed application to William.Folden@house.state.md.us
Scholarship applications, essays and all supporting documentation must be postmarked by March 15th.
